Diagnosis of plant diseases on field, study and reproduction of these in the laboratory and greenhouse; research strategies in plant protection with low environmental impact to some of the main plant adversity.
Recognition and identification of emerging diseases (small fruits and vines).
Studies on conservation of small fruits in post-harvest.
Models for the reduction of copper in organic viticulture.
Using molecular techniques (DNA extraction, PCR, electrophoresis, real time, sequencing, IRMS, SIP). Study of interactions between micro organisms by labeled stable isotopes.
